Effective Advocacy In Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Matters

The Davidson Law Group is a boutique firm that litigates patent, trademark, and copyright disputes and related trade secret and commercial litigation. The firm was founded by Ben Davidson, an attorney with 20 years of experience in litigating intellectual property rights.  Mr. Davidson is an electrical engineer and served as an examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for four years before becoming an attorney.  He has successfully represented clients in patent litigation involving a variety of technologies, including Caterpillar Inc., Mercedes Benz USA, and Isuzu in litigation involving automotive technology, Procter & Gamble in litigation involving packaging technology, and NycoMed, Oasis Medical, and GenSci Regeneration in litigation involving medical technology.  In trademark and trade dress litigation, the firm’s clients have included MEGA Brands and Spin Master.  Mr. Davidson’s clients in copyright cases have included artists such as Sir Sean Connery and Andrew Leicester.  The firm advises clients in all Patent & Trademark Office proceedings, including patent prosecution and Patent Trial and Appeal Board inter partes reviews.  He has successfully used the PTAB inter partes procedure to favorably resolve patent litigation at an early stage.

The Davidson Law Group also acts as local counsel in the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California for a number of other firms with offices outside California, advising them on local practice in these courts.
