The Davidson Law Group is a boutique firm that focuses on litigating patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. The firm was founded by Ben Davidson, a trial attorney with over 18 years of experience in trials and appeals involving intellectual property rights.  Mr. Davidson is an electrical engineer and served as an examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for several years before becoming a lawyer.  He has successfully represented corporations in high-stakes patent cases involving a variety of technologies, including Caterpillar Inc., Procter & Gamble, Mercedes Benz USA, and Isuzu.  He has also represented toy manufacturers such as MEGA Brands and Spin Master in trademark and trade dress matters.  Mr. Davidson's clients in copyright matters have included artists such as Sir Sean Connery and Andrew Leicester.  The firm advises clients in all aspects of patent prosecution, Patent Office reexaminations, and inter partes reviews.

The Davidson Law Group also acts as local counsel in the Central and Northern Districts of California for a number of other firms with offices outside California, advising them on complying with local practice in these courts. The firm provides clients with individual attention to their cases by an experienced attorney, as well as flexible staffing where needed with highly-experienced contract attorneys and through strategic relationships with other firms.
